Welcome to TemanJaga. By booking a caregiver, registering as an Independent Care Provider, or otherwise using this platform, you agree to the following terms.

1. Bookings & Cancellations
All bookings made through the estimate wizard are subject to caregiver availability and confirmation by our team. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Stay-in care bookings require at least 3 days' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge.

2. Caregiver Conduct
Independent Care Providers registered on TemanJaga are expected to act professionally, respect patient confidentiality, and follow the care instructions agreed with the client. TemanJaga reserves the right to suspend or remove a provider from the platform for conduct that breaches these terms or endangers a patient's wellbeing.

3. Payments
Payment for confirmed bookings is due according to the schedule agreed at booking. TemanJaga does not process card payments directly on this platform at this time; payment records are confirmed manually by our team once received.

4. Liability
TemanJaga acts as a platform connecting clients with independent caregivers. While we verify the certifications and background of registered providers, TemanJaga is not liable for the day-to-day conduct of an independent provider beyond the verification and matching services we provide.

5. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
