When you book a care service or register as a caregiver, we collect identification details (e.g. NRIC), contact information, address, health-related information relevant to care planning, qualifications and certifications, and payment/banking details required to process bookings or payouts.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to match you with a suitable caregiver or client, verify caregiver qualifications and conduct background checks, process bookings and payments, communicate booking updates, and improve our services.
3. Sharing of Information
We share the minimum necessary information between clients and their assigned caregiver to enable safe, effective care. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Information may be shared with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where required by law.
4. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
5. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and operational retention requirements. You can manage your personal information from the Settings > Account section of your dashboard, or contact us through the Help Center for further requests.
